The person behind the partsNearly three decades
in one trade.
From a parts counter in Sharjah to an independent sourcing desk in India — the same job, the same part numbers, the same standard.
28 years, one specialisation
I learned this trade
where it is hardest
The UAE is where Mercedes-Benz parts from all over the world end up — genuine stock, dealer surplus, used assemblies pulled from accident vehicles, and every grade of aftermarket in between. I spent my career there learning to tell them apart.
That means reading a chassis number and knowing which of four superseded part numbers actually fits. It means knowing which supplier's "genuine" is genuine. And it means knowing when to tell a customer the honest answer: this part does not exist any more, here is the alternative.
I've now based myself in Mangaluru, India — but the supplier relationships stayed. Customers in India get Gulf-market access. Customers outside India get someone who has shipped internationally for most of his working life.
How the experience was built
The beginning
Started on the parts counter, UAE
Joined the Mercedes-Benz spare parts trade in the Emirates. Learned the catalogues, the chassis codes and the difference between a part that fits and a part that nearly fits.
Growing years
Moved into sourcing and procurement
Stopped selling from a shelf and started finding what wasn't on one — building direct lines to genuine dealers, dismantlers and OEM suppliers across the Gulf and Europe.
Specialisation
Focused on Mercedes-Benz alone
Chose depth over breadth. One marque, every class, every generation — from the W123 through to today's W223 and EQ range.
Export experience
Shipping to customers worldwide
Handled export documentation, freight and customs for parts going to workshops and owners across the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe.
Today
Independent sourcing desk in India
Now serving Mercedes owners, independent garages and parts retailers across India — and still shipping worldwide — with the same supplier network behind me.
What I will always tell you
The real grade of the part. The real lead time. And when I genuinely cannot get something, rather than taking your money and hoping.
Why I ask for the chassis number
Mercedes changes components mid-model-year. Two identical-looking cars can take different parts. The VIN removes the guesswork — and the return shipping.
Who I work with
Private Mercedes owners, independent workshops and garages, fleet operators, and parts retailers who need a reliable sourcing partner behind them.
Four rules I don't bend
Grade is stated in writing
Genuine, OEM-supplier, used-genuine or aftermarket — labelled on the quote, never blurred.
Photos before packing
You see the actual part, in its actual condition, before it leaves.
Terms agreed upfront
Price, lead time and payment terms are settled before anything is ordered.
I stay reachable
Same number, same person, after the sale as before it.
Have a part in mind?
Send the model, year and chassis number. I will tell you honestly what I can get and what it will cost.
