What to send for the fastest quote

With those four things I can usually quote the same day. Without a chassis number, expect a follow-up question before any price.
Before you message
Do you sell online with a cart?
No. Every Mercedes part depends on the chassis number, so a cart would sell people the wrong parts. Everything goes through a short conversation instead — it's slower to start and far more accurate.
Do you have everything in stock?
No, and nobody honestly does. I source to order through a supplier network. That's why lead time is quoted with every price, and why rare parts are possible at all.
Why do you keep asking for the VIN?
Because Mercedes changes parts mid-model-year. The VIN is the only way to be certain a part fits before it ships halfway across the country.
Can I get a cheaper alternative?
Almost always. Tell me your budget and I'll quote the aftermarket or used-genuine option alongside the genuine one, and tell you where saving money is a bad idea.
Do you supply workshops in bulk?
Yes — trade pricing and priority handling for garages, fleets and retailers with regular requirements. Mention it in your first message.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes. Export documentation is something I've handled for years from the UAE side of this trade. Give me the destination and I'll quote freight with the part.
